Jimmy Maketta wreaked havoc in 2005 by spreading terror in Cape Town, Africa. Before he confessed to his crimes, Maketta raped and killed 16 people, both men, and women. His label as a serial rapist and killer made him one of the most feared men in 2005. He was pegged a psychopath by the state psychologist.
