Teacher Murdered for Having an Alleged Affair with a Minor
On May 13, 2018, Aliquippa, Pennsylvania, was unexpectedly rocked with shock. 33-year-old Rachael DelTondo was shot multiple times in her parents’ driveway. This murder had a long buildup of unfortunate and suspicious situations and several suspects too. Yet, why does it remain unsolved?
Minor Student Obsessed With Teacher
Rachael first encountered Sheldon Jeter Jr. as far back as 2008. Little could she have imagined that this young kid would become her murder suspect one day.
Rachael worked as a permanent second and third-grade substitute teacher at the local school for a year. At that time, Sheldon was in elementary school. Rachel’s mother, Lisa DelTondo, said:
“She never had him as her own student, that was another lie. He was one of a group of boys there whose teacher used to say ‘If you’re good today you can go down the hall to see Miss D. after class.’ They thought she was beautiful because she was.”
However, even though other students took part in this innocently, that was not the case for Sheldon.
